    It is clear that the "university educator with teaching career" of the graduate school for teacher education need to have the ability to plan and manage educational practice research as "a teacher educator". Therefore, in this study, the final goal was to develop a program for those educators to improve their abilities, and a questionnaire survey was conducted as a basic research for that purpose. Specifically, for university educator with teaching career, question items related to the improvement of lectures and so on for graduate students were constructed and implemented. The survey contents include the category of "identification of problems", "formulation of plans for solutions", "execution of actions for solutions", and "evaluation of actions and research development". We asked educators with teaching career whether they were engaged in activities that belong to them or whether they were instructing graduate students. As a result of analyzing the responses from 162 people, it was found that there were difficulties in educational practice research by the university educator with teaching career in situations such as "evaluation of actions and research development" or in satisfying requirements such as "collaboration".

    本研究では,児童生徒一人1台の情報端末が整備された教室環境を想定した,教員養成課程の大学生に今後必要となるICT活用指導力に関する指標について検討した.海外のICTコンピテンシーを参考に検討した結果,教師の学びや新たな技術や方法への対応,授業のデザイン等,指標を定期的に更新する視点について整理した.また,授業でのICT活用や校務の情報化について,ICT活用指導力に関する具体的な場面と具体例を示す必要があるとともに,SNSやAI,VR・AR等の新たなテクノロジーや新たな方法への理解を加えることが必要であることを提案した.

    In recent years, teachers have been requested to contribute to improve the quality of learning by the use of ICT for learners. Then, this study pay attention to 「Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge」 that has been pointed out as important in order to enhance the teacher professional competency. The reason is why it related to the quality assurance efforts that hone the expertise of teachers involved in the design of learning activities.This study reviews elements of the expertise of teachers, the structure of preservice and in-service teacher education program, and a study with respect to the method of program evaluation that lead to the quality assurance, in reference to the research results and specific initiatives case of TPACK.As a result, it became clear that the following three points are the dim parts in currently preservice and in-service teacher education program regarding to ICT in Japan. 1) to clarify the framework to position the technical knowledge as a professional knowledge of the teacher to the teacher education program, 2) to clarify the developmental-stage image of the use of ICT in the classroom and at school, and 3) to clarify the method of assessment such as 「evaluation of efforts」 and 「evaluation of the results」.

    Japanese Ministry of Education conducted a national survey to grasp the degree of information abilities of fifth graders of elementary schools and second graders of junior high schools. Approximately 3,000 students became the subjects. As the results, huge difference in the skill of keyboard, low successful ratio of complex questions such as connect and integrate information, and significant correlation between the abilities and frequency of ICT use were revealed. Significant correlation between the abilities and frequency of information education requiring complex was also found out.These findings leads various directions of research in educational media. The first is reexamination of validity of classification and sequence of eight components in three domains of objectives of information education. The second one is development of curriculum, how to run the curriculum and instructional methods to foster thinking, examining and expressing. The third is to uncover the relationship between information abilities and using ICT including tablet PC in schools. The last is accumulation of experience of ICT use in students' home.

In this paper, we positioned the learning types in focus/navigation matrix proposed by Richardson as the basic learning types, and the learning ecology concept for each learning type was examined.     As living and media environments are changing, child is changing. The competency acquired at school and the competency that children are using from the influence of media etc. out of school are intricately entangled, and the influence of this is beginning to show in school efforts to improve students' academic skills. This paper details Japan's national projects designed to improve students' scholastic ability ('Scholastic Ability Improvement Project Targeting Frontier Schools,' 'Scholastic Ability Improvement Project Targeting Base Schools' and 'Scholastic Ability Improvement Field Research Project' which have been carried out under the leadership of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology). These projects have been undertaken over three designated terms since the Fiscal 2002 with one of them currently being underway. In order to identify the current challenges, this paper analyzes the issues that have been occasionally faced by the participating schools and the changes to schools' focal points when carrying out the necessary measures. To be more specific, this paper aims to reveal the present issues faced by schools that have been endeavoring to improve students' scholastic ability over the last nine years. Then, under these changing circumstances, this paper attempts to suggest how teachers should also turn to competency acquired out of school and examine the content and method of considering the acquisition of competency required at school.

    At the onset of the 21st century, the reality was that most schools had the connectivity to explore teaching and learning in unconventional ways. The spread of Internet access has contributed to unprecedented growth of adolescent -media interaction at school and outside of school. The use of technology outside of schools shows much possibility for providing valuable lessons about innovative learning environments for students and making students reflect on their own interactivity with media in everyday life. Thus, this research aims to explore and review effective methods about integrating adolescent-media interaction outside of school into classroom lessons. As a result, some findings were identified from research on media discourse analysis, game analysis using an activity theory approach, and an analysis of adolescent media communities.

    近年、子どもにとってのICT環境は、就学前においても日常的なものになりつつある。このため、就学前の情報教育を保育計画に意識的に組み込んでいくことが重要となってきている。しかし、就学前の情報教育を、学校教育で現在行われているものの前段階としてとらえ、早期教育的発想で保育計画に組み込んでいくことには問題がある。幼児教育でこれまでに培われてきたものを引き継ぎつつ、子どもが自らの意志で発達課題をつかみ取り、解決することによって自分自身を実感出来る学習活動を実現できるような参加カリキュラムのコンセプトを明確にすることが必要となる。そこで、本論では、エンゲストロームの活動理論をもとに就学前の情報教育カリキュラムについて検討を行っている。

    The media pedagogy in Germany analyzes the social communication that uses media. It tries to promote the competency of media communications in the contemporary society to the child, the young person, and the adult. The media pedagogy in Germany pays attention to Media Competency as key concept now. This concept is variously defined by the media pedagogies of Germany. In this paper, the concept frame of media Competency is clarified through the analysis of various definitions. This paper aims to identify another concept that develops the media literacy education in Japan more and more.

    This study explores some factors that has influenced the trend of media literacy research in Japan now and indicates some problems. At first we try to draw the trend map around media literacy research. Then we point out some problems around the media literacy research in Japan now, and insist that one of the causes be short of research in a pedagogical genealogy of media literacy. To overcome the problems, we attempt to look for "Trajectory of Pedagogical Logic" and "Curriculum Framework" of media literacy from some papers of media education in UK and especially from Len Masterman's "Teaching the Media". The reason is that media literacy research started from inheritances of media education study. Finally we make clear practical perspectives of the media literacy research in Japan by digging into a pedagogical genealogy of media literacy.

    This paper will present a curriculum framework aimed at developing ICT literacies for teachers. The framework originates from a theoretical perspective that sees ICT literacies in terms of social practice and a changing discourse about communication. Specifically, the paper will report how the framework has been applied to the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) curriculum in Japan. The goal is to fully integrate ICT into a program of ICT literacies across the curriculum. The framework represents a perspective for doing so, recognizing that many teachers are not consciously aware of ICT literacies, or even if they are aware of it, they cannot conceptualize how it might be integrated meaningfully into the curriculum. To illustrate how the framework might be applied, data from some instances at Japanese school will be presented. The teacher who is the focus of the instances is an expert teacher who at the time of data collection had begun to use multi-media but had little awareness of or commitment to ICT literacies. The teacher's shift toward an awareness of ICT literacies will be presented in light of the framework presented at the outset of the paper.

    This paper describes the developmental principles of hyper media instructionalmaterials. The studies of hyper media in Japan give instructional environment some useful consequents. But their studies have the same method as CAI. Essentially hyper media instructinal materials differ from CAI. Especially they are distinguisched by Interactivity. Therefore we must study interactivity as such than ever. Current studies of hyper media instructional materials, nevertheless, trend to cognitive psychological approach, and make every effort to develop them. Here are some problmes of the studies of hyper media instructional materials. This study analizes Learner-Computer Interactivity as such, and tries to clear principles of behavior in interaction. Readers will discover the Hypermedia as drama and will explore philosophical, psychological and technological background to creat effective interaction.

    This paper describes educational issues and perspectives related to the field of Educational Technology as seen in the Federal Republic of Germany during the 1980's and as they are related to problems of curriculum theory. The Federal Republic of Germany is establishing Basic Information Technology as a new field for public education. The plan is to introduce this field through the following : (1) Basic Information Technology Education, (2) Applied Information Technology Education, and (3) Professional Information Technology Education. What is particularly interesting about these plans in the first of these is being established as a common subject required of all students. As a result, a number of problems and arguments surrounding curriculum theory in general have come to the fore. In order for the reader to gather a clear perspective of Information Technology education in Germany, the author has summarized these problems and arguments from the aspects of educational aims, content, methods and evaluation.

    We first outline the history of the relationship between lesson study in Japan and research evidence. This explanation is meaningful for understanding the situation of EIP in Japan and how to utilise it. We then consider examples of educational efforts of two local governments to identify the ways in which the social cohesion/social regulation matrix is found in each case, what rules and norms are used as the basis for the activities of the organisation, and the extent to which teachers implement research evidence in their teaching practice. Finally, we take generalisable lessons from education in Japan that can be applied to improve evidence-informed practice (EIP) in other areas.

    本研究の目的は,保育プロセスの質と個人のアウトカムの質を「ドキュメンテーション」「ナラティブ・アセスメント」「ダイアローグ」の各フェーズで評価につなげる形成評価システムをICTを活用して構築し,二次的側面である集団のアウトカムを捉える多元的アセスメントモデルへの拡張に必要な要件や環境を明らかにすることである.
    フィンランドのネウボラ(子育て支援施設等)における「Let’s Talk About Children(LT)」は,フィンランドモデルにおけるダイアローグの手法として実践実績があるので,オンライン視察を行い,カリキュラムや評価における位置づけを明らかにした.さらに,LTの提案者の協力により,日本型保育ダイアローグにLTの手法を援用する準備が整い,医療・保健・教育的視点をとりいれた日本版ガイドラインを独自に作成することが可能になった.
    次に,ナラティブ・アセスメントとダイアローグのフェーズにおいて活用できるウェブアプリのプロトタイプを作成し,ICTを活用することにより子どもや保護者が保育者と共に参画できる形成的評価システムの土台が整った.また,ウェブアプリを活用するための環境構築として,分担協力者の幼稚園における保育者へのインタビューから,子どものリフレクションと保育者のリフレクションが相互的に深まることが明らかになり,それらを踏まえたシステム構築の重要性が示唆された.また,実践協力園でタブレット端末等を子どもが日常的に利用する環境が整ったことにより,開発するWebアプリの実践及び検証が可能となった.

    教職大学院の実務家教員(以下,実務家教員)が「教師教育者」として教育実践研究を企画・運営し,それを論文化等により発表する能力を有することの必要性は明らかである。そこで,本研究では,実務家教員が教育実践研究を推進する能力を高めるためのプログラムの開発を目的に据えた。
    研究三年度目の令和三年度は,初年度の実態把握調査の結果に基づき,実務家教員が教育実践研究の方法論を学ぶプログラムを2度,企画・運営した。まず大阪教育大学と弘前大学の実務家教員が対面形式で自らのライフストーリーを語り合うことを通じて,教育実践研究の価値を確認するとともに,その題材や方法を追究するという交流プログラムを実施した(2022年1月)。もう1つは,大阪教育大学と横浜国立大学の交流の第2回目の実施である。この回は,それぞれが執筆した論文を事前に提出し,それを教材として,教育実践研究の方法論を学び合う機会として構想し,実践した(2022年2月)。その際,論文の提出や意見交換には両大学の研究者教員も参加し,より協働性の高いプログラムとして展開した。評価アンケートの結果,いずれのプログラムも実務家教員にとって,教育実践研究の方法論を学ぶ機会として価値があること,それが各大学等のFDとは異なる趣を持っていること(プログラムには独自性があること)等が確認された。なお,前者のプログラムについては,研究二年度目に同様のコンセプトで大阪教育大学と横浜国立大学の実務家教員を対象とする交流プログラムを実施したが,今回の対面形式の方が実務家教員にとって学びやすいことも確認された。
    研究初年度の中間的な成果を日本教育工学会の論文誌に投稿し,掲載の運びとなった。また,研究二年度目の中間的な成果を日本教師教育学会の研究大会(2021年9月)や日本教育工学会の全国大会(2022年3月)で報告した。

    Students who will live in the next generation are required to develop literacy on the premise of a society based on advanced information technology. This study envisaged next-generation information education in primary and secondary education for an advanced information technology-based society.
    After promoting elemental studies that will become the foundation of information education in the next decade on an individual and empirical basis, we attempted to systematise the results of these studies and the developed practices, teaching materials and other outcomes.
    Through a back-and-forth between elemental research and systematisation of results, practical research was conducted in each of the 11 elemental areas of information use, ICT tool use, programming, technological understanding, social understanding, statistical literacy, contextual thinking, overcoming the shadow of informatisation, class design, class practice and teacher training.

    In this study, the implicit technique of teachers, which has been difficult to pass down until now, is defined as a phase shift in class cognition.     Following Hargreaves and Fullan's framework of professional capital, this study analyzes the structure of the organizational transformation of schools' human capital, social capital, and decisional capital through lesson study.
    Various methods of lesson study have been proposed, but the key to any of them is the depth of reflection and agency of the teacher. In this study, we set up a framework in which the situation in which teachers' agency and the deepening of reflection mutually influence each other is defined as decisional capital, which is expanded in a cyclical manner with social capital and human capital. We analyzed cases in which school agency was exercised through the coaching by the educational committee, and at the same time, the level of reflection within the school was deepened.

    The purpose of this study was to develop programs that contribute to building teacher resilience in Japan. In developing the programs, we interviewed young, mid-career, and veteran teachers to identify the characteristics of their resilience. We also investigated and identified important components of BRiTE, which was developed by Australian researchers to build teacher resilience.
    Based on these, resilience-building programs for prospective and in-service teachers were developed, implemented, and evaluated in FY2018 and FY2019. From the reflection of the participants, it was generally confirmed that the perspectives for building their resilience were obtained through the programs.

    Social emotional skills and cognitive skills are nurtured in a mutually coherent learning environment.Children are "people who can build their own knowledge and skills by learning", and they are equal.
    I created an app that children themselves can use to discover and leave.A child's digital play produces a record.This system co-creates a portfolio on the internet cloud.This helped the teachers to support children's learning.
    The children were able to feel the need for the knowledge and skills required in real life, starting from the interest and enjoyment of the children at the center of learning.It was found that the task was to consult and set goals and confirm at the small steps together.

    This study focuses on the curriculum development in three Ministry-appointed pilot schools and the data gathered from the interviews made with the school teachers have been analyzed according to the framework of 'professional capital.' The main findings of this study include the centrality of integrated study in their whole school curriculum. The design and implementation of integrated study is a core of teachers’ activities.
    The three schools are successful in building a mechanism of forming teachers’ individual and collective professional capacities which includes a high level of teachers’ initiative, motivation, ingenuity, and judgment. They are also successful in sharing their capacities and passing them to their next generations. It is possible to describe the formation of teachers’ capacities as a process of professional capital movement. In conclusion, sustainable curriculum development in a school is a forming process of teachers’ professional capital.

    This study develops professional learning tools to support schools that aim for integrated education in elementary and junior high schools. Also, we try to develop the program for the preservice and in-service teachers to pay attention to integrated education in elementary and junior high schools.
    First of all, we identified, 1) what is necessary for teachers to clarify their identity in the educational environment, 2) what is the professional disposition, knowledge, and performance required there? Next, we did ,based on the survey results, 3) development of program for professional learning related to elementary and junior high school integrated education, and 4) development of materials for teacher’s and leader’s use.Finally, 5) the evaluation and assessment of operation of the developed program and materials was conducted at schools in the city and universities.     Practice on information moral education and media literacy education on the premise of students' diverse media environments was planned and implemented. By participating in the class by researchers, the characteristics of the teaching method in nurturing media reading comprehension were analyzed. As a result, it was confirmed that basic knowledge and skills for media exist as the ability to assume the premise, and their effects of teaching methods are confirmed.
    These research results were reported at academic conferences both in Japan and abroad.     This study started by constructing a conceptual model for career education from a life career perspective with “connection” from primary to higher education in mind. We used this conceptual model to revise the curriculum of Nara University of Education’s School of Professional Development in Education, developing and implementing new educational programs, and verifying their learning outcomes. Based on those findings, we researched the form career education should take to cultivate teachers who continue to learn: We surveyed and analyzed career development among students who had completed courses at Waseda University Graduate School of Teacher Education, and also investigated teaching career development from the perspective of special needs education.

    The aim of this research is to articulate the view of teacher's competency. Twelve teachers were interviewed. The data analyzed with a qualitative analysis method (MGT.) Nineteen competencies were abstracted from the analysis. Then more than 1,000 teachers answered to questionnaire which consisted of questions: competencies level when their first year as teachers, amount of growth through teacher's experience, the most important five competencies as teachers in contemporary society. The findings ware discussed compering with previous research for teacher's career development in some foreign countries.

    It is very important for coordinated guidance by kindergarten, elementary school and junior high school to improve educational power of the school in the region effectively. However, when effective coordinated guidance is done, the approach is different according to the location, the scale, and needs of the school.     This research aimed to identify the effect of coursework on web-based training on curriculum coordinator at primary school of Japan.
    AT first, we developed the coursework on web-based training for curriculum coordinator around the Integrated Learning Time. Also, we attempted to clarify the goal, target, and outcome, which were requested as the teacher qualification of curriculum coordinator by referring to the research and practice on curriculum coordinator training in UK
    The next, we set up practical research by choosing the 10 teachers from the all areas of Japan, who became candidate of curriculum coordinator and had excellent educational experiences.
    The third, we tried to observe the writing behavior on the line and analyzed them. Also we made the opportunity participants met each other at off line. We interviewed the participants about the coursework activity.
    Then, we did the follow-up survey to two participants who showed the change with the feature
    As results,
    1)it was understood that video conferences were more attractive for the participant than the study activities on the bulletin board.
    2)The coursework on web-based training that we had developed showed the effect in acquiring the general knowledge as curriculum coordinator of the Integrated Learning Time.
    3)However, it was found that the acquiring the academic knowledge and the practical knowledge depended on the situation of school which teachers worked.

    We aimed at examination and restructuring of the teacher training curriculum. We proposed "New teacher training curriculum corresponding to the renovation in the age" which became basic of the subject named "integrated maneuver", built into the curriculum of the maneuver from using three kinds of distance joint class systems of Center for Educational Research and Training, Kyoto University of Education, integrated with video teaching materials.
    The distance joint class system which used the ISDN video-conferencing system was maintained between Kyoto University of Education and Rajabhat Institute of Phranakhon Sri Ayutthaya, Thailand (one of the science exchange agreement university of Kyoto University of Education), and this activities among three kinds of distance joint class systems in 2000 fiscal year.
    However, the equipments prepared from the delay of the ISDN line construction of Thailand and incompatible of the line standard were not able to be used at first. Therefore, we buy the equipments in Thailand and we were hung by adjustment and connection examination up until August, 2001. Distance joint class with Rajabhat Institute of Phranakhon Sri Ayutthaya became possible in September though it was later in the vicinity for the plan at first during half a year. Also, the installation of the distance joint class system was permitted by Shanghai University of Education in China in October and consent was obtained.
    We repeated the distance joint class and the distance joint maneuver which centered on the international understanding education and the study of Japanese by using this distance joint class system. Moreover, the view of these distance joint classes were forwarded to another two kinds of distance joint class systems and the practical remote and cooperative activities were done through SCS (Space Collaboration System) and the distance class system of the attached schools.
    From these research activities, we developed and proposed "New teacher training curriculum corresponding to the renovation in the age" from these approachs through the examination of the content with a new practical educational basis maneuver using distance learning media including the content of the international understanding education and the crosscultural interchange.
    The research representative (Sasaki) cooperated, acted, and announced the research by an international academic conferences about making passage and the equipment installation in promotion in Thailand, a summary of the research, development of the curriculum. Co-investigator (Osumi) oriented the proposal of the development model and negotiate with the other party of the schools. Co-investigator (Asai) was allotted the research about the examination of the development curriculum, planning of the distance joint class and the distance joint the maneuver, proposal and international academic conferences.

    The project studied on the development of educational supporting system for science and home-science from 1998 to 1999. In 1998, teaching materials for science and home-science were developed. In 1999, educational supporting systems was presented through experimental exercise and discussions with specialists. The following visualized materials are developed.

    本研究は、インターネットやISDNを用いて教育実習をさらに充実させていく方法を2年間に渡り探究し、システム開発とその運用実験から、また日本国内外の専門家からの評価意見を参考にシステムの設計条件や運用条件を含むいくつかの知見を引き出した。
    まず(1)本システム開発の発端である教員養成における教育実習の位置づけや期待されている役割の問題性について指摘を行った。
    続いて、(2)観察実習や講義を中心とする事前指導に、インターネットを活用し、時間や場所を越えて学生間、学生と授業担当者のコミュニケーションを充実させ、学生に反省的思考を導くためのシステムの開発と運用の結果をデータ化した。
    最後に(3)これらの運用結果から導かれた学生と担当教員のそれぞれの要求の関係からシステムの設計・運用における条件をまとめた。
    以上のことを通して、OJTによる教育実習に加えて様々なネットワークを用いた教育実習を試行し、統合的な教育実習システムの可能性を検討した。
    例えば、具体的な研究の知見として、1)豊かな実践イメージを形成する対話を引き出すために用意したWWW上の電子授業記録も、使いやすさや着眼点などを付加する画面設計の工夫と実際に教育指導(課題を課す)など、目を向けさせる試みを事前指導担当教官がしないと附属教官や先輩のデジタル授業記録や指導案例などは学生にあまり見られないこと。
    2)また学生たちに自分の教育観を振り返る対話を引き出すために用意した電子掲示板を活用していく場合も、学生の要求に応じて個別に教育的ナビゲーションをしていくためのコメントが検討される必要があること。
    3)それには適宜コメントをするといった直感的な対応だけでなく、学生に観察実習を通して、自己の教育観や経験を振り返らすコメントフレームを担当教員・関連教員が共通原理としてもち、組織的指導の意思統一をしていく必要があること、等が本研究の結果として見えてきた。

    The aim of this research project is the curriculum development of graduate school, which is helpful in strengthening the in-service teachers' competence for methods and techniques of analysis and evaluation of their teaching. We compared two teachings ; one is before entering graduate school, the other after finishing graduate school. We summarized the features of those teachings and of items to be revised as follows. Then we tried to develop the new curriculum of graduate school for refreshment education (refreshment program) for in-service teachers.

    本研究は、短期間で効果的に、教師を目指す学生および現職の教師に、AVメディア活用能力を育成するプログラム案を次の2点から検討した。
    1、実技試験項目間のクラスター分析
    まず撮影技術においては、パンニングとアングル、広角と望遠というカメラワークに関わる2項目を中心に指導していくことが、その他の細かな撮影技術を指導していく上で効果的であることがわかった。続いて、照明技術においては、ライト表現には欠かせないスポットライトとフラットライトの利用と日常あまり使わないバックライト表現の2項目を中心に指導して得いくことが、照明の表現技術を指導していく上で効果的であることがわかった。最後に編集技術においては、アッセンブル編集とインサート編集の区別と編集機の特性であるプリロールの指導の2項目を中心に指導し、編集の基本操作であるインポイントとアウトポイントの設定とその利用法について指導していくことが、その他の細かな編集技術を指導していく上で効果的であることがわかった。
    2、AVメディア利用技術力と企画・構成力(指導案構想力)の相互関係の分析
    AVメディア利用技術の成績の高低、そして作品づくりの経験の有無が、企画・構成の細部に目を向けるカット数、音響・BGM演出、全体へと目を向けるストーリ性の有無に、かなり影響を及ぼしていた。このことは、本研究が問題にしているAVメディア利用技術力の形成が、企画・構成と関わる指導案の作成に影響を及ぼすことを推測させてくれた。詳細は、報告論文を参照してほしい。
