In this research, the structure of Tohoku automobile cluster has been clarified by questionnaire survey and interview survey. The following points were clarified by this research. (1) The factory that has advanced to Tohoku is a branch factory with a weak decision-making function, and its main business is mass production. Therefore, the function of deciding suppliers and sellers is weak. (2) Local companies are entering the automobile industry through introductions. (3) Policy measures have an important meaning in providing basic information in matching between companies. ④ As for Tohoku automobile clusters, transactions within the region are increasing. From this point, it can be said that automobile clustering is developing. However, the R&D function is weak in the division of labor between clusters.

In this research, we investigated the divisions of labor and cooperation between agglomerations in eye glasses industries in the global economy. We found that Sabae eye glasses region invested in and involved Chinese region as production area. But at the same time, Sabae region was involved by Italian regions’ network and affected by their strategies. Sabae region become one of Original Equipment Manufacturing region of Italians region. This process can be considered as losing their independences in this industry.

The evaluation person has made whether it carries out the objectively fair evaluation on high technology assets which the enterprise possesses and puts into it the market how to be a very difficult problem. It becomes the technology assets that it commercializes the technology and accepts it in the market, and there is a wall which it must get over in order to contribute to the enterprise profit. It they are quality, performance, function, reliability which the technology has on. Wall of the technology which is "wall of the market", "wall of the decision making" and "wall of the market" which are the standardization are cost effectiveness, investment, regulation, customer satisfaction, advertising, management problems, etc.
In addition, wall of the decision making until it puts finding and in the market must be got over in respect of the value which makes technology and mechanism to be the intelligent property. The purpose of this study intends to clarify it on analysis and processing and method of reporting on information on technology valuation of assets which is useful for carrying out the decision making on the technology.

・経済学ワークショップ …グループディスカッションの実施、プレゼンテーションについては学生同士のピア評価によって意識を高めさせる工夫をしている。 ・地域経済学1・2 …パワーポイントと板書で授業を進行。期末試験だけではなく中間試験、抜打ち練習問題、試験後の任意レポートを設定し、積み上げ式の成績評価をしている。中間試験の結果は希望学生に開示、また期末試験後に任意レポートを設けることによって学生の意識を高め学生が「成績の自己管理」をできるよう工夫している。 ・演習 …グループディスカッションの実施、プレゼンテーションについては学生同士のピア評価によって意識を高めさせる工夫をしている。ゼミの運営は可能な限り学生にさせるようにし、学生の主体性を重視している。また年に1～2回の工場見学を実施している。
