Devising educational methods

法学部 商法Ⅰ・Ⅱ 商法Ⅶ・Ⅷ ともに条文中心の伝統的な解説ではなく、実社会で生じている紛争・裁判例を素材としたケースメソッド的手法による授業を行い、そこから必要となる条文、法解釈論を学ぶように実践的訓練を体験させている。 講義に対する感想を適宜授業中終了直前に無記名アンケートで行い、理解が不十分という箇所は授業時間数を増加させるなどして対応している。 法学研究科 企業組織法 徹底した裁判例研究と外書講読を行うことにより、研究者としての基礎学力要請に重点を置いている。 受講生の理解度と到達度に応じて、内容を臨機応変に対応させている。 学部・大学院ともに質問についてはE-mailにより24時間以内に返信をするという形で随時受け付けている。
Teaching materials

商法Ⅰ・Ⅱでは、商法(総則・商行為)判例百選(有斐閣) 商法Ⅶでは、保険法判例百選(有斐閣) をそれぞれ使用した。 参考書は取り扱ったテーマに応じて紹介したりするため、多数にのぼるので、字数の関係上割愛する。
Teaching method presentations

1年生教育のあり方に関する法学部教育カリキュラムの改正等に関するモデルケースについて､法学セミナー 2005年4月号(604号)88-91貢に小論を公表したが、基本的な路線はそこから大きくは変わっていない。
Special notes on other educational activities

高大連携の推進に協力する形で、月1回くらいのペースで高校への出張講義を行っている。 基本的に高校への出張講義の依頼について断ったことは一度もない。 講義内容としては、「法学研究の心得」と「法と経済学」をテーマとして掲げ、高校側に選択してもらっている。
